Q) What time is the Whiskey in the Woods Event?

A) 5 to 9 PM

Q) Where is the Whiskey in the Woods Event?
A) The Lodge at Shadow Hill 7259 Lakeside Road Ontario, NY 14519

Q) How much is a ticket?
A) $50 at the door and $50+applicable fees for tickets purchased on Eventbrite.

Q) How many whiskeys/bourbons will be available to try?
A) Check our Participating Distilleries page as we update our list of vendors.

Q) What’s included in my ticket?
A) Your ticket includes free parking, a tasting glass to use for all tastings, hors’devours and bottled water.

Q) Will there be Designated Driver (DD) tickets available?
A) There is no DD ticket. Please be responsible and plan ahead. Please coordinate a ride home from a ride share service or friend/family member.

Q) Where can I buy tickets?
A) Tickets can be purchased through our website which is also on Eventbrite

Q) Is the event for people 21 and over?
A) Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend this event.

Q) Will participating vendors be selling any product at the event?
A) Some Vendors may choose to sell their product and is dependent on each vendor’s choice.

Q) Will food be available to purchase?

Yes! We will have a food truck on site selling food.

Q) Is there security?
A) There will be security present at the event and they are tasked with keeping the evening civilized and safe. Please be courteous, respectful and kind to others and keep in mind that everyone is coming together to have fun and positive experience. No weapons or firearms are permitted in the event.  We do not tolerate any aggressive, abusive or violent behavior, etc.  No smoking inside of the facility.

Q) Suggestions for a Safe & Enjoyable Event
A) Rinse out your glass between whiskeys! You don’t want a new bourbon to taste like the previous product.

Q) What is your refund policy?
A) We do not offer refunds unless the event is cancelled.
